What was once a non-conforming duplex used as college student living has become one of the most quaint and admired homes in Prospect Place. Undergoing a complete reconfiguration and restoration, Wayne Street shed it rough and rugged condition and was taken down to its original stud framing allowing for modern mechanical and technology upgrades, home efficiency enhancements, and providing a custom home finish with hints of the home’s history remaining in the design, such as the exposed original brick chimney.
