Project Manager

Department:  Construction & Building Operations

Employment Classification:  Exempt – M1 | Leadership Status

Reports To:  Vice President of Construction (or) President & CEO

Location:  Northern Colorado – Timnath Corporate Office

Position Summary

Mountain Standard’s Project Managers act as the construction leaders for all new home development, redevelopment, renovation, and custom home projects.   Project Managers are responsible for the development, implementation, and management of various construction processes and procedures and will direct the project support team of subcontractors, material suppliers, and other building professionals.  Mountain Standard’s Project Managers are additionally accountable for quantifiable project successes and qualifiable value added customer/client relationships.


Project Coordinator

Department:  Construction Operations & Building Operations

Employment Classification:  Non-Exempt | Hourly Status

Reports To:  Project Manager | Construction Manager

Location:  Northern Colorado - Timnath Corporate Office

The role of the Project Coordinator is to support organizational leadership and construction team(s) with project planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, material take-off and controls, project cost management, and other project controls efforts.  Additionally, the Project Coordinator(s) will be responsible for assisting with general administrative and construction duties that support the daily operations of the company.  The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company’s vision and growth strategy through professional efforts, positive attitude, and continuous improvement.
